Product Manager

About the role

myTOD is looking for a Product Manager to spearhead the development and introduction of a diverse range of new products and enhancements. This position is essential for guiding innovative products from initial concept to market launch, while overseeing project timelines and collaborating with various teams.

What you'll do

• Oversee the entire new product development process, managing timelines, budgets, and key deliverables.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product launches and ensure successful market entry.
• Maintain and manage the product lifecycle for assigned categories, ensuring ongoing product relevance and performance.
• Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing to drive project success.
• Liaise with international factories, suppliers, and external partners to facilitate product development.
• Monitor product readiness, testing, tooling, documentation, and launch schedules.
• Provide updates on project status, potential risks, and pending decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field, or a minimum of 3 years as a product manager.
• Proven track record in managing product development from concept to production.
• Strong skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively across various departments and with international manufacturing partners.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and change-control processes.
