What you'll do

• Guide the technical strategy and execution for improving ML model inference speed and efficiency.
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering their growth and productivity.
• Collaborate with research and development teams to integrate optimized ML models into the autonomous driving stack.
• Drive the development of tools and infrastructure for ML performance analysis and tuning.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of ML acceleration solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role.
• Proven experience with ML model optimization techniques and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX Runtime).
• Strong understanding of hardware acceleration for ML (e.g., GPUs, TPUs, specialized AI accelerators).
• Experience with C++ and Python programming languages.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with embedded systems and real-time performance constraints.
• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle software stacks.
