About the role

This role is for a senior engineer to lead the development of motion planning systems for autonomous vehicles. You will guide the technical direction and contribute to the core algorithms that enable safe and efficient navigation.

• Design and implement advanced algorithms for vehicle motion planning.
• Mentor and guide other engineers on the team.

• Evaluate and improve the performance and safety of planning systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in robotics software development.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in motion planning for autonomous systems.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Experience with software development best practices, including testing and version control.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning techniques applied to motion planning.
• Familiarity with simulation environments and data analysis.
