About the role
This role focuses on assessing and improving the driving behavior of our autonomous vehicles. You will be responsible for developing and implementing methods to evaluate how our AVs perform in complex real-world scenarios. Your work will directly contribute to the safety and reliability of our self-driving technology.

What you'll do
Develop and execute test plans to analyze AV driving performance.
Design and implement metrics for evaluating complex driving maneuvers.
Collaborate with software engineers and researchers to identify areas for improvement in AV decision-making.
Analyze large datasets of driving logs to extract insights into AV behavior.
Contribute to the development of simulation environments for testing AV interactions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
3+ years of professional experience in software development or robotics.
Experience with Python and C++.
Familiarity with autonomous driving systems or robotics simulation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant technical discipline.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Knowledge of simulation tools like CARLA or LGSVL.
Experience with data analysis and visualization libraries.
Skills & tools
Python, C++, ROS, Git, data analysis tools.
