About the role

Morningbrew is hiring a producer to support our executive interview series, After Earnings. You will work alongside host Ann Berry to manage the production lifecycle of high-profile business interviews while ensuring content is optimized for social media performance.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end production process from initial ideation to final distribution.
• Edit video clips specifically for social media platforms and identify key moments for amplification.
• Assist the host with show structure, research, and topic development.
• Coordinate with the booking team to prepare guests and manage interview logistics.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align on project updates and cross-functional opportunities.
• Partner with the social director to execute growth strategies on X and LinkedIn.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in media and podcast production.
• Proven background in live or live-to-tape production, including control room experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Pro Tools.
• Strong understanding of the current business news cycle and market trends.
• Experience managing professional relationships with PR teams and executive communications staff.
• Ability to navigate high-pressure environments and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with audience engagement best practices on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
