About the role
We are looking for several Senior PMMs to own Product Marketing for entire products and experiences end-to-end in Business Banking at Monzo. You will translate dense customer and market insight into practical decisions about what should launch and how the product should be positioned in market. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Designers, User Researchers, Sales, and Integrated Marketing to bring the voice of the customer into what is built and how it is launched. This is a senior individual contributor role where you define positioning, proposition, launch strategy, and sales enablement for your assigned product area. You will be responsible for ensuring product-market fit is achieved upstream and that the product narrative drives adoption across the business.

What you'll do
Define product marketing strategy for assigned products, owning positioning, messaging, and value proposition from discovery through launch.
Partner with Product Managers and Data Scientists to translate customer insights and market data into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
Conduct customer discovery and market analysis to identify unmet needs, pain points, and opportunities for new product concepts in Business Banking.
Develop end-to-end launch strategies that align product, growth, and commercial teams across UK and European markets.
Create sales enablement materials, customer case studies, and competitive battlecards to support commercial teams in winning deals.
Collaborate with Integrated Marketing on campaign strategy, creative direction, and channel execution to ensure consistent product positioning.
Define and own key product metrics, working with Data to measure adoption, engagement, and commercial outcomes post-launch.
Represent Product Marketing in cross-functional squad ceremonies to ensure market feedback is integrated into delivery.
Adapt product positioning and messaging for local markets as Business Banking expands into new European geographies.
Champion the voice of the customer across the product lifecycle, ensuring insights drive decisions from concept to scale.
Work closely with Sales to understand deal blockers and build tools that help close business in new markets.
Translate regulatory and compliance constraints into clear product narratives that support commercial objectives.
Own the documentation of product positioning and messaging to ensure alignment across all customer-facing teams.
Identify opportunities to differentiate Monzo Business Banking against competitors through insight-led positioning.
Support the prioritization of features and capabilities based on customer value, feasibility, and commercial impact.
Requirements
You have 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a closely related role.
You have experience owning product marketing for complex products and end-to-end product launches.
You demonstrate a strong understanding of customer and market insight methodologies, including discovery, segmentation, and persona development.
You have experience translating business strategy into product positioning and commercial execution plans.
You are comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, sales, and marketing teams in an agile environment.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
You have experience using data to inform product decisions and measure marketing performance.
You have a proven track record of delivering successful product launches that drive adoption and meet commercial objectives.
Nice to have
Experience in financial services or banking products is preferred.
Experience working across multiple European markets is beneficial for Business Banking EU scope.
Experience with sales enablement and partnering with commercial teams is valued.
Practical notes
This is a full-time role based in Cardiff, London, or Remote (UK).
Travel is not required for this role.
Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
