About the role
Monzo is seeking a Performance Analytics and Insight Analyst to join their People Technology team. This position focuses on transforming people data into actionable intelligence to enhance employee experience and drive business performance. You will be instrumental in moving the company towards data-informed decision-making.
Key facts
What you'll do
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure organizational effectiveness.
Analyze large datasets, both structured and unstructured, to identify significant trends and patterns.
Create and maintain live reporting dashboards for senior leadership and management.
Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations that influence strategies for engagement, talent management, and workforce development.
Identify and propose data-driven improvements to existing operational processes.
Collaborate with People teams and other departments to promote data accuracy and a data-centric culture.
Employ statistical methods to forecast talent needs and identify high-potential employees.
Requirements
Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel skills, and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker.
A strong understanding of statistical concepts including regression, significance testing, and predictive modeling.
The ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a similar data analysis role.

Experience with Google Sheets.
