What you'll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Molecularyou's overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing and informative content that engages our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize performance.
- Analyze social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering a sense of community and connection.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that Molecularyou remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance our social media presence and reach.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that promote new products, services, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in our social media efforts.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, highlighting successes and areas for growth to share with the leadership team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content and campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in the health and wellness sector.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
