About the role
Miter is building modern software to replace the outdated systems used by construction contractors. As a Launch Manager, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding process for our customers, ensuring they transition to our platform efficiently. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients while working alongside our internal product and engineering teams to refine our implementation strategy.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle for your assigned clients, managing timelines and identifying potential risks.
- Consult with customers to determine their business needs and configure the Miter platform to match those requirements.
- Handle the migration of sensitive payroll and employee data from legacy software into our system.
- Educate brokers and employers on platform functionality through structured training sessions.
- Address and resolve technical or operational obstacles that arise during the setup phase.
- Provide feedback to the product and engineering departments to improve the speed and quality of future launches.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, consulting, or SaaS onboarding.
- Ability to manage several complex projects and stakeholder relationships at the same time.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Adaptable problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
