What you'll do
- Develop and implement both inbound and outbound sales strategies for enterprise accounts.
- Identify and qualify potential enterprise customers who align with the ideal customer profile.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives.
- Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance indicators.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and tailored presentations to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that resonate with enterprise decision-makers.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within key strategic accounts.
- Leverage data and market insights to refine sales approaches and prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Partner with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and high retention rates.
- Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities within existing customer organizations.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and enterprise-focused events.
- Own the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract signing and renewal.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a closer in SaaS sales, with a proven history in enterprise sales.
- Highly organized with an effective system for managing tasks and processes.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and how the product provides value.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at the executive level.
- Experience managing a complex pipeline of opportunities with varying stages of progression.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as required by the role.
