About the role

Minted is seeking a Wedding Concierge to provide personalized design consultations for customers. This role involves guiding clients through product selections and driving revenue through excellent customer service and sales support.

What you'll do

• Conduct 30-minute consultations to assist customers with design choices and increase sales.
• Support revenue generation by employing effective sales techniques to ensure customer comfort.
• Recommend complementary products and services during consultations to enhance customer stationery and decor selections.
• Act as a brand representative, positively influencing customer perceptions of Minted.
• Address customer inquiries regarding product offerings, customization options, and order placement.
• Coordinate with other departments when necessary to provide comprehensive support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Utilize provided resources and training, including the knowledge base, to resolve inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and communicate suggestions for improving the customer experience to management.
• Strive for the highest quality of work, meeting individual performance metrics for quality and productivity.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to confidently and efficiently guide customers through Minted's products and services while managing multiple tasks in a busy setting.
• Skill in building rapport with customers, including the ability to suggest additional products and services.
• Capacity to absorb new information and adapt to evolving procedures, processes, and products.
• Receptiveness to feedback and a commitment to ongoing improvement aligned with team objectives.
• Proficiency with technology, with prior e-commerce experience being beneficial.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as dictated by business needs, and adherence to attendance policies.
• A strong inclination towards sales and a genuine desire to assist customers.
• A quiet and professional workspace suitable for high-quality consultations.
• Excellent communication abilities, both spoken and written.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• The capability to represent the Minted brand effectively on video calls.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience, ideally with premium brands.
• Prior experience in sales, concierge services, or account management is mandatory.

Skills & tools

• Salesforce or similar CRM software experience is a plus.
