About the role

Minted is looking for an IT Support Specialist II to manage technical operations for our corporate staff. You will handle hardware provisioning, identity management, and daily helpdesk requests to ensure our internal systems run efficiently.

What you'll do

• Manage the provisioning of macOS and Windows hardware using NinjaOne.
• Triage and resolve technical issues for corporate employees.
• Administer identity management and SSO via Okta and Google Workspace.
• Support Audio/Visual systems for Google Meet and Zoom Rooms, including company All Hands meetings.
• Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge base creation.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team on networking tasks.
• Lift and move technical equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Level 1 technical support within a mixed environment (70 percent Mac, 30 percent PC).
• Hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Okta, and MDM solutions like NinjaOne.
• Proficiency with web browsers including Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, including cache clearing and element inspection.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
• Availability for standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Salary range: $59,920 to $78,645.
