About the role
mindly is seeking a Legal Associate to help manage legal and compliance needs for its rapidly expanding global marketplace. This role involves supporting various legal functions, from contract management to regulatory adherence, across multiple international markets. You will contribute to the legal framework of a fast-growing HealthTech company.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and maintain various agreements, including B2B contracts and internal legal documents.
- Ensure legal compliance across different regions by managing legal documentation such as Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies.
- Assist with legal and financial compliance efforts, working alongside external legal advisors, accountants, and KPMG.
- Evaluate new product features from a legal standpoint to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct legal research to ensure adherence to applicable regulations in diverse markets.
- Collaborate with the Product, Finance, and Operations teams on daily legal matters.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Corporate, Commercial, or IT Law.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of commercial contracts and corporate legal procedures.
- Basic knowledge of GDPR, compliance, and privacy regulations.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
- English language proficiency at B1-B2 level or higher.
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work independently.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working with international organizations.
- Background in banking regulation or financial compliance.
- Experience providing legal support to product or technology companies.
- Previous employment at a Big Four firm or similar consulting organization.

Practical notes
This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located within the CET or EET time zones.
