VP of Marketing (B2B)

About the role

Mindbody is seeking a strategic leader to direct our growth marketing department and oversee demand generation. You will manage our multi-million-dollar media budget while aligning marketing initiatives with sales, product, and engineering goals. This position reports to the CMO and focuses on scaling our B2B SaaS presence through data-backed experimentation and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Oversee all paid and organic acquisition channels, providing regular performance reporting and pacing updates to the executive team.
• Manage the annual growth budget, including forecasting, channel allocation, and spend strategy adjustments.
• Support sales teams to improve conversion rates.
• Execute ongoing experimentation to optimize SEO and website conversion rates.
• Lead and mentor a team of growth marketing professionals.
• Drive internal product enablement and manage external communications regarding product evolution.
• Represent the marketing department in cross-functional projects, using data insights to influence commercial decisions.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new tools and partners that improve marketing performance.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in growth marketing, consulting, or finance within the technology sector.
• Expert knowledge of B2B SaaS subscription models, unit economics, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proven experience planning and executing paid media campaigns and channel strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and lead high-velocity experimentation.
• Experience managing and developing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Apple Ads.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
