Project Manager - UK

About the role

Mindbody is seeking a project manager to oversee software implementations for our global client accounts. You will work within our Implementation Team to coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure our wellness business partners achieve their operational goals.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of implementation projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet defined scopes.
• Coordinate internal resources and bridge communication between Sales, Customer Success, and various global departments.
• Define project objectives and technical requirements while maintaining detailed documentation of progress and decisions.
• Monitor project performance using data-driven reporting to identify risks and resolve bottlenecks.
• Adjust project plans as business needs change, ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned and informed.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of professional project management experience.
• Fluency in English plus either French or Spanish.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, from frontline staff to C-suite executives.
• Proven capability to manage complex challenges and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Accountability for delivering high-impact results and managing client expectations professionally.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or other relevant project management credentials.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and iterative project execution.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in Asana, MS Project, or Visio.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
