Associate Visual Designer

About the role

Mindbody is seeking an Associate Visual Designer to contribute to various B2B SaaS marketing initiatives. This position involves creating designs for a wide range of channels, from web and email to social media and advertising. You will apply core design principles and brand guidelines to produce impactful visual content.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to develop creative concepts.
• Produce engaging designs tailored for different marketing channels and asset types.
• Ensure consistent application of Mindbody's brand guidelines across all campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality work accurately and on schedule.
• Utilize design principles to establish clear visual hierarchy, effective layouts, and cohesive storytelling.
• Communicate design ideas clearly and integrate feedback to refine final deliverables.

Requirements

• 1+ year of graphic design experience, including marketing exposure; B2B experience is a plus.
• A professional portfolio showcasing work beyond academic projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and foundational motion design.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual hierarchy, screen layout, color theory, motion, and typography.
• Ability to apply current design trends and best practices to marketing materials.
• Clear communication skills and openness to feedback, collaboration, and continuous learning.
