What you'll do

• Collaborate with global Treasury, Operations, and Technology teams to identify business requirements and implement cohesive solutions.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis across various asset classes and trading strategies to enhance transparency and facilitate platform improvements.
• Define, scope, and document business and functional requirements for key technology projects.
• Manage the complete technology project lifecycle from initial specifications to testing, deployment, and production.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and assist in application design and configuration.
• Support testing, training, and documentation efforts to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
• Identify and propose enhancements to application design, platform support, and team practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in business analysis within financial services, including a minimum of 3 years focused on cross-product margin and a solid understanding of financial products.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and markets, including equities, fixed income, futures, OTC derivatives, and FX, along with familiarity with margin policies.
• Extensive experience in querying enterprise databases and handling large, complex datasets to derive business insights and model concepts.
• Understanding of complex business systems integration, object-oriented design patterns, and software development principles.
• Proven track record of delivering projects throughout the software development lifecycle in environments such as investment banks, software vendors, exchanges, ATS, or buy-side firms.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and effectively engage with developers, end users, and senior stakeholders.
• Capacity to excel in a dynamic environment with a proactive and self-directed approach.

Salary Range

Millennium provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and extensive benefits. The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $250,000, specific to New York, and is subject to change. The final offer will reflect the candidate's experience and qualifications to ensure a competitive total compensation package.
