The AI Product Manager for Infrastructure at Millennium will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing the adoption and enablement of AI products throughout our global organization. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and API integration, alongside strong analytical capabilities.

What you'll do
- Stay informed about trends and advancements in the AI ecosystem, including commercial and open-source developments from major entities like OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Clearly convey product requirements, timelines, and expectations to both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring all communications are precise and well-documented.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for both technical and non-technical teams, helping them to effectively utilize AI tools available at Millennium.
- Collaborate with users to gather insights on their challenges and needs, driving product development that prioritizes usability and scalability.
- Analyze usage data and feedback using SQL and Python to uncover trends and areas for enhancement, informing product roadmaps and initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in roles related to AI, machine learning, data science, product management, or technical consulting, with a solid foundation in engineering practices.
- In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly Large Language Models, including their strengths and limitations.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and visualization tasks.
- Experience with survey tools and analytics platforms, such as Qualtrics.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate complex projects involving diverse teams.
- A curious mindset with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $250,000, specific to New York, and may be subject to change.
