About the role
We are looking for a GTM Engineer to enhance and streamline the workflows, automations, and internal tools that support our go-to-market teams. This position is ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys building solutions and is eager to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and sustain workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, and Clay to address recurring needs within the GTM teams, enhancing targeting and operational consistency.
- Configure integrations and support data processes across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach, ensuring data quality and system reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automations, performing quality assurance and documentation to maintain workflow performance.
- Implement AI-assisted tools to enhance workflows and internal applications, incorporating user feedback to refine solutions.
- Manage projects independently, from defining requirements to testing and rollout, while collaborating with the Business Operations team to communicate progress and address challenges.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in roles related to Business Operations, RevOps, Sales Operations, or similar areas.
- Practical experience with workflow tools like n8n, Zapier, or Google Apps Script, and familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Understanding of how GTM teams utilize data for prospecting and reporting, with a focus on data quality.
- Comfort with structured data and integrations; knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute tasks independently while maintaining high quality.
- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical team members.

- Experience with AI development tools or advanced automation strategies.
