About the role
You will define the product vision and assortment strategy for the global women's footwear category. This position requires a balance of creative product intuition and data-driven analysis to build collections that meet financial targets and consumer demand.

What you'll do
- Create seasonal line plans that reflect brand goals and market requirements.
- Analyze past performance, trends, and consumer data to build category strategies.
- Coordinate with global teams to adjust regional assortments and address specific market needs.
- Identify product gaps and growth opportunities to improve portfolio productivity.
- Manage the assortment architecture, including breadth, depth, and price segmentation.
- Act as the main point of contact between Design, Product Development, Production, Sales, Planning, and Retail teams.
- Lead alignment meetings to finalize development priorities and product revisions.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from initial concept through to market readiness.
- Review prototypes with Design and Product Development to ensure quality and strategy alignment.
- Maintain product data and line plans within Centric PLM.
- Set the seasonal pricing structure to balance margins, brand positioning, and competitive factors.
- Present final assortment and margin recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in women's footwear merchandising.
- Background working within a fashion brand.
- Deep knowledge of the women's footwear market across both luxury and accessible price points.
- Understanding of the footwear consumer and geographical market differences.
- Proficiency in Retail Math and merchandising metrics.
- Ability to influence management and work across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
