About the role
Brand Creative establishes production as a core capability, and this role leads execution across major campaigns. The position combines hands-on creation with building repeatable systems so exceptional creative work can occur consistently. It targets a senior professional who produces major bets while establishing the function. The hire owns the end-to-end production workflow for the most significant initiatives, translating ambitious concepts into finished work on schedule and on budget. You will define the operational playbook for the Brand Creative team, setting standards for how ideas move from discovery to delivery. This role requires leading high-stakes projects while simultaneously architecting the structures, processes, and talent pipeline that allow the team to scale. You are responsible for ensuring that strategic vision is realized through flawless execution across film, photography, motion, and digital channels. Ultimately, you will build the function that empowers the entire organization to execute at a level of quality and consistency that defines the brand.

What you'll do
Establish a repeatable system for prioritization, staffing, greenlighting, reviews, and delivery under Brand Creative leadership.
Lead the production of major campaigns, taking full ownership from initial concept through final execution and quality control.
Build and manage an exceptional network of agencies, production companies, directors, studios, freelancers, and vendors.
Challenge briefs while protecting ambitious ideas and making difficult tradeoffs without sacrificing work quality.
Apply strong financial and operational judgment to scoping, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and managing meaningful production investments.
Create the operational playbook for the team, defining workflows, best practices, and standards for producing at scale.
Develop deep production expertise across film, photography, motion, experiential, digital, and integrated brand work to select the optimal model for each idea.
Build production systems, capabilities, and ways of working rather than only operating within existing processes.
Communicate effectively and partner across creative teams, marketers, executives, and external partners to align on goals and constraints.
Bring calm, clarity, and sound judgment to ambiguity while simultaneously building the function and delivering high-quality work.
Guide the selection of the right production model for every idea, ensuring resources and methods match the strategic importance of the project.
Manage complex, multidisciplinary creative projects with multiple concurrent timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
Ensure that every delivered output meets the highest standards of creative excellence and strategic alignment.
Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement in how production operates.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor's degree, as stated in the posting.
Demonstrate significant experience leading complex, multidisciplinary creative production through independent ownership of large-scale campaigns.
Show capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and quality.
Bring deep production experience spanning film, photography, motion, experiential, digital, and integrated brand work.
Apply strong financial and operational judgment in scoping, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and managing production investments.
Proven ability to build and manage an extensive network of agencies, production companies, directors, studios, freelancers, and vendors.
Exhibit the judgment to challenge briefs, protect ambitious ideas, and make difficult tradeoffs without losing work quality.
