About the role

Join the team managing the Merantix AI Campus in Berlin to help expand our community of startups and industry partners. You will manage end-to-end growth initiatives, coordinate outreach, and contribute to the marketing efforts that define our ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Manage lead identification, scoring, and CRM maintenance to build our pipeline of prospective members and partners.
• Design and implement workflows and automations to improve our growth operations.
• Build and maintain professional connections with AI founders, investors, and infrastructure companies.
• Develop concepts for campus events and community initiatives.
• Assist the marketing team by creating social media content, event recaps, and promotional materials.
• Produce high-quality communications and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous internship experience in a startup or fast-paced business environment.
• Ability to work full-time in Berlin for a duration of 6 months.
• Demonstrated experience with CRM software, lead generation, or sales operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Genuine interest in the AI sector and the ability to engage in professional discussions with industry leaders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with design or content creation tools such as Canva.
• Experience managing social media platforms for professional use.
