Founders Associate Intern

About the role

You will work directly with the founders to build an AI-native platform designed to automate and optimize logistics and manufacturing operations. This position offers a direct view into the development of a deep tech startup and requires a high degree of autonomy in shaping our product and market strategy.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage projects from initial research and planning through to final execution.
• Define and rank potential customer groups within the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
• Design and run outbound sales experiments to test messaging and conversion rates.
• Interview operational leaders and decision-makers to extract actionable product insights.
• Analyze market alternatives and customer challenges to refine our positioning.
• Detect operational inefficiencies and implement automated solutions to resolve them.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both German and English for written and verbal communication.
• Prior experience in robotics, industrial automation, manufacturing, logistics, or consulting.
• Ability to translate complex operational problems into specific product requirements.
• Demonstrated skill in using AI tools to increase personal productivity.
• A focus on company-wide priorities rather than personal interests.
• A fast-paced work style with a focus on rapid execution.
