Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

This role is for a technical expert who will guide enterprise clients and partners in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region. You will be instrumental in demonstrating the value of our security platform and helping organizations adopt a new approach to cyber defense.

What you'll do

• Work with sales teams to develop and execute technical strategies for winning complex sales engagements across the META territory.
• Design, manage, and deliver successful proof of value and proof of concept initiatives that highlight our solution's advantages.
• Engage with technical leaders at major organizations to discuss architectural strategies and address concerns about performance and data handling.
• Train and empower channel partners, distributors, and system integrators to effectively present our technology.
• Provide market feedback on regional needs, such as specific cloud requirements and compliance regulations, to our product and engineering departments.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer-facing Sales Engineering or Solutions Architect role within enterprise cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated success in closing significant deals within the META region.
• Solid understanding of web architecture and network security concepts, including HTTP/HTTPS, proxy setups, SSL/TLS inspection, and authentication protocols like SAML/OIDC.
• Familiarity with the business landscape in the GCC, Levant, and North/South Africa, including knowledge of local compliance frameworks and data residency laws.
• Ability to clearly explain the limitations of traditional security models and advocate for a preventative, isolation-based approach.
• Professional proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic is a strong asset.

• Interest and technical understanding of how browser security relates to AI governance and the security of automated business processes.
