Senior Regional Sales Manager

Menlo Security is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead and expand our business within Taiwan. This role involves cultivating relationships with major enterprise clients and driving revenue growth through strategic sales execution. You will be instrumental in developing our presence in the region, working with partners and internal teams to deliver secure connectivity solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market presence.
• Foster and maintain strong, enduring connections with enterprise customers, understanding their specific requirements.
• Partner with internal departments and channel associates to offer customized cybersecurity solutions.
• Present to senior leadership and provide solutions that demonstrate clear value.
• Track sales prospects and monitor account performance using CRM systems.
• Oversee business development efforts and collaborate with channel partners to build a focused reseller network.
• Act with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify new client opportunities and resourcefully manage the sales process.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing enterprise accounts or IT sales, with a preference for cybersecurity experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex accounts and increasing revenue.
• Proficient communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity products.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
