Senior Product Manager

About the role

Join the Melio.com team to lead the full product lifecycle from initial research through to final release. You will focus on creating payment solutions that improve the user experience while coordinating across internal departments and external partners.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with large partners and customers to integrate the Melio platform into their existing services.
• Develop business cases for new features using competitive analysis, market research, and user feedback.
• Establish success metrics and prioritize feature development.
• Author detailed product specifications, feature cards, and technical requirements.
• Partner with engineering teams to oversee the development of payment experiences.
• Analyze partner workflows and user behavior to identify growth opportunities for embedded solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager focused on B2B products for large-scale enterprises.
• Proven history of managing complex integration projects.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear narratives for R&D teams.
• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with marketing, data, operations, sales, and business development.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to product management tasks.
• An AI-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG).
• Background working with distributed or remote teams.
• Strong intuition for consumer-focused design and intuitive product interfaces.
