About the role
Melio is looking for a manager to lead commercial strategy and maintain relationships with financial institutions, payment networks, and fintech partners. You will serve as a central point of contact for our money movement infrastructure, ensuring our product capabilities remain competitive and effective.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage daily operations and ongoing relationships with banks, payment processors, and fintech partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to support new product developments.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the payments ecosystem.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Product, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to onboard new partners.
- Translate complex operational data into actionable insights and clear narratives for stakeholders.
- Present strategic updates and pitches to internal and external C-level executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management within the financial services or payments sector.
- Candidates with an MBA and 3 years of relevant experience are eligible.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in data analysis, including the ability to communicate business impact through metrics and charts.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex problems to diverse audiences.

Practical notes
- Base salary range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
