Senior FullStack Engineer

About the role

Melio is seeking a developer to join our Product Engineering group to build tools that simplify business-to-business payments. You will work on integrations for high-profile partners like Capital One and Shopify to help small business owners manage their finances.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end features for our payment platform.
• Build and manage REST APIs for both internal use and external partner integrations.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues, conduct code reviews, and deploy updates.
• Propose and implement improvements to the codebase to enhance product reliability and performance.
• Work across the full stack to manage diverse data structures and user interfaces.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience covering both frontend and backend development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience using the React framework.
• 2+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, Lambda, and cloud architecture.
• Strong understanding of production system architecture and web product development.
