About the role

Megaport is looking for a Data Scientist to join the Latitude.sh team, which focuses on high-performance Compute-as-a-Service solutions. You will provide analytical insights to optimize sales operations, forecasting, and revenue strategy for our global infrastructure products.

What you'll do

• Create predictive models for sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.
• Evaluate sales productivity, revenue trends, and customer behavior patterns.
• Design and maintain scalable dashboards and intelligence tools.
• Work with Finance and Revenue Operations to standardize KPIs and reporting.
• Prepare data quality and modeling processes for AI readiness.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering to refine go-to-market data architecture.
• Propose process improvements based on operational data analysis.
• Build analytical frameworks for consumption-based and channel business models.
• Provide advanced reporting to support executive-level decision making.
• Standardize metrics and assist in forecasting transformation projects.
• Develop models to track churn, renewals, and customer expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Revenue Intelligence, or Analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling.
• Background in managing large-scale sales and operational datasets.
• Experience developing predictive analytics and forecasting models.
• Ability to create data visualizations and dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of technology or SaaS business models.
• Ability to convert technical data findings into actionable business strategy.
