Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

MeeBoss is looking for an experienced engineer to join our growing team and help build commerce tools for creators. You will work on practical AI features and infrastructure that directly impact our active user base.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Own the entire product lifecycle from initial planning and coding to final deployment.
• Define engineering standards and architectural patterns for the team.
• Mentor other developers and improve internal technical processes.
• Communicate directly with users to translate their needs into functional software.
• Build and maintain backend systems using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure.
• Create user-facing features using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Work independently to produce high-quality, maintainable code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-6 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and take ownership of system upgrades.
• Experience working across the full stack, from database schemas to frontend interfaces.
• Ability to perform in fast-moving environments with minimal supervision.
• Strong focus on product quality and technical craftsmanship.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a founding engineer or early hire at a high-growth startup.
• Background in building internal dashboards or systems for large user groups.
• History of mentoring team members or leading significant technical initiatives.
• Experience managing or developing design systems.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, automation, or online commerce.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal software releases.
• Experience collaborating closely with design teams on user experience.
