Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services sector is a plus.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
