About the role
This leadership role oversees the product strategy for Trust and Safety across the entire Match Group portfolio, including Tinder, Hinge, Match, Meetic, PlentyOfFish, OkCupid, The League, and HER. You will manage a central team of product managers to develop shared infrastructure, ensure global regulatory compliance, and improve user-facing safety features.

What you'll do
- Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for safety across all brands and shared systems.
- Lead a central product management team while collaborating with brand-specific product, design, and engineering units.
- Manage build-versus-buy decisions for shared infrastructure to increase development speed and efficiency.
- Implement AI and machine learning solutions to enhance moderation, detection, and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations including the EU Digital Services Act, UK Online Safety Act, and Australia Online Safety Act.
- Balance brand-specific business goals with portfolio-wide safety requirements.
- Represent the company externally regarding safety initiatives and public narratives.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of product management experience in consumer technology.
- Significant professional background in Trust and Safety, integrity, or related fields like fintech, social, gaming, or marketplaces.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing product teams.
- Proven success in horizontal or multi-brand product leadership.
- Technical fluency in applying AI and machine learning within product development.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous regulatory landscapes and shifting threat models.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Experience managing products across a multi-brand portfolio or post-acquisition integration.
- Expertise in non-US safety regulations and cross-jurisdictional compliance.
- Background in moderation workflows, case management, and translating policy into product features.
- Experience collaborating with AI/ML teams on risk mitigation and classification.
