About the role
Matchgroup is seeking a professional to drive learning, development, and cultural initiatives for the E&E and Matchgroup Central teams. You will design leadership programs, refine career architecture, and foster an inclusive environment that aligns with our global mission.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and execute learning strategies that address specific functional skill gaps.
- Create and facilitate leadership development training and team effectiveness workshops.
- Build scalable, self-service learning resources aligned with business objectives.
- Update and maintain internal career pathways and job ladders to ensure organizational clarity.
- Train managers on career progression, compensation transparency, and market standards.
- Integrate company values into onboarding, recognition, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with ERG leaders to support inclusive community experiences.
- Manage engagement survey action planning and cultural rituals like team huddles.
- Adapt corporate talent programs for brand-specific needs and share successful local initiatives across the enterprise.
- Utilize data from surveys and talent reviews to measure program impact and refine strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Learning & Development.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate programs for cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Experience navigating both corporate and brand-level organizational structures.
- Skill in localizing enterprise-wide initiatives to fit unique brand cultures.
- Knowledge of performance management cycles and engagement survey methodologies.
- Ability to translate core values into practical, actionable programs.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- A builder mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments and scale effective solutions.
Nice to have
- Background in high-growth or technology sectors.
- Proficiency with HRIS or LMS platforms such as Workday or Litmos.
- Certifications in team or leadership assessment tools like DiSC or Enneagram.
- Experience using digital content creation tools like Articulate.
