About the role
Matchgroup is seeking a communications professional to shape the digital presence and reputation of our global dating portfolio. You will manage our corporate storytelling across social channels, websites, and blogs while monitoring sentiment to guide our strategic direction.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Monitor social and digital sentiment using listening tools to track coverage for initiatives like the Anti-Loneliness Campaign, Human Connection Hub, and Healthy Dating Campaign.
- Maintain the corporate website and blog, publishing narrative content, campaign reports, and executive thought leadership.
- Execute video and digital amplification strategies for major campaigns, regional forums, and Trust and Safety announcements.
- Partner with HR and Talent teams to develop and promote employer brand content.
- Identify and flag emerging risks or opportunities by tracking sentiment related to policy, executive reputation, and safety.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital communications, or a related field.
- Bachelor degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with social listening, analytics, and survey-based measurement.
- Proven history of managing CMS platforms and corporate blog content.
- Experience coordinating video production and digital amplification from initial brief to final delivery.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations aligned with OKRs.
- Experience collaborating across international time zones and regional teams.
Skills & tools
- Social listening and analytics platforms such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Emplifi, or Google Analytics.
- Content Management Systems.
- Digital video production coordination.
- Strategic communication and data reporting.
