About the role
Match Group is looking for a brand leader to manage the strategy and market presence for the Match platform. This position sits within the Everywhere and Everyone team and focuses on revitalizing the brand for adults aged 45 and older.

What you'll do
- Develop brand positioning and annual narratives for Match campaigns and product launches.
- Identify consumer insights specifically for the 45 plus demographic to drive emotional connection.
- Author creative briefs that define audience goals and core messaging.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and channels.
- Collaborate with the research department to turn user data into actionable product and brand strategies.
- Manage integrated marketing programs involving PR, social media, and creative agencies.
- Align with the product team to ensure feature releases support the overall brand story.
- Monitor business KPIs and brand health metrics to track performance.
- Coordinate with growth and media teams to integrate brand building with performance marketing.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to optimize marketing investments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, or product marketing.
- Background in consumer apps, digital platforms, or high-growth consumer brands.
- Proven ability to lead integrated agency teams and large-scale campaigns.
- Experience managing cross-functional partnerships including creative, product, and PR.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
