About the role
Hinge is seeking a senior recruiter to drive hiring across its Product and Business teams. You will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, shaping talent decisions through market data and workforce insights. This position carries significant visibility and requires someone who can anticipate hiring needs and influence long-term growth plans.

What you'll do
- Advise senior leaders in Product and Business functions on hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Translate competitive talent data and market trends into actionable guidance for leadership
- Forecast future hiring needs, identify organizational gaps, and build proactive recruitment plans
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles while delivering a strong experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Refine interview frameworks, assessment methods, and hiring workflows to improve quality and consistency
- Facilitate calibration sessions across interview panels and promote structured, competency-based evaluation
- Use AI-powered recruiting tools and automation to increase efficiency and support better decisions
- Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health to spot trends and recommend improvements
- Build expertise in relevant talent markets, including compensation benchmarks, competitor structures, and emerging skill sets
- Execute talent mapping and succession-focused research to inform workforce planning
- Design sourcing strategies using multiple channels, referrals, events, industry networks, and direct outreach
- Integrate inclusive hiring practices across the recruiting lifecycle to ensure equitable evaluations
- Collaborate with talent communities and professional organizations to broaden access to underrepresented candidates
- Represent Hinge externally, communicating its mission, culture, and value proposition authentically
- Work with cross-functional partners on employer branding efforts
- Guide leaders through complex offer decisions, balancing candidate needs, market conditions, and internal equity
- Develop competitive compensation packages informed by benchmarks and candidate motivations
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, People, Compensation, and business leadership to maintain alignment
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with substantial time supporting Product, Business, or technical teams in high-growth settings
- Track record of advising senior leaders and shaping hiring outcomes through data and market knowledge
- Ability to design and execute talent strategies for complex or critical hiring initiatives
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills, including engaging passive candidates in competitive markets
- Expertise in structured interviewing, assessment design, and hiring process improvement
- Experience using recruiting analytics to identify patterns, solve problems, and drive ongoing enhancements
- Solid business sense with the ability to connect talent decisions to company objectives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with credibility across all organizational levels
- Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, and AI-enabled tools
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday
