Director, West Coast Sales

About the role

Matchgroup is seeking a sales leader to manage revenue growth across our portfolio of dating platforms. You will represent brands such as Tinder, Match, OkCupid, and PlentyOfFish to major advertising agencies and corporate clients throughout the West Coast.

What you'll do

• Prospect and secure new business partnerships for our brand portfolio.
• Maintain and expand existing relationships with advertising agencies and client stakeholders.
• Design and deliver high-impact sales presentations.
• Manage the RFP process from initial response to final execution.
• Negotiate and close direct and programmatic advertising contracts.
• Meet and exceed established pricing targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in online media sales.
• Established network of decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies and major ad agencies.
• Proven history of managing teams, exceeding sales quotas, and territory growth.
• Experience structuring and closing complex six-figure deals.
• Strong professional references from both brand and agency contacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
