About the role
We are looking for a leader to manage our global regulatory compliance strategy across our portfolio of dating platforms. You will bridge the gap between complex legal requirements and product execution while overseeing our trust and safety reporting obligations.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Partner with Legal and Government Relations to track and interpret global safety regulations.
- Brief executive leadership on compliance status and shifting regulatory landscapes.
- Guide individual brands within the Match Group portfolio on implementing safety requirements without hindering product innovation.
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure all brands meet regulatory milestones and deadlines.
- Manage the production of transparency reports and mandatory disclosures by working with data science teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies, handling inquiries and proactive communications.
- Maintain detailed records of compliance policies, internal audits, and procedures.
- Mentor and supervise a team dedicated to safety compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience in public policy, Trust and Safety, or regulatory compliance.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Deep knowledge of international regulations governing online safety.
- Ability to draft high-level executive briefings and formal documentation for regulators.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with legal, policy, and communications departments on strategy.
- Direct history of managing audits, transparency reporting, or regulatory inquiries.
- Capability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
