About the role
This leadership position oversees the brand strategy for Pairs, the leading online dating service in Japan. You will manage integrated marketing, public relations, and strategic alliances to strengthen the platform's market position and drive business growth.

What you'll do
- Define and implement the long-term brand vision for Pairs.
- Manage 360-degree campaigns across digital, social, television, PR, and live events.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Build trust through strategic communications, media relations, and crisis management.
- Identify and negotiate external partnerships to expand brand reach and user value.
- Oversee annual planning, resource allocation, and marketing budgets.
- Coordinate with global Match Group stakeholders to align regional objectives with international goals.
- Use data and consumer insights to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing investments.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in integrated, consumer, or brand marketing.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English.
- Proven track record of leading brand strategy and executing large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing strategic PR, corporate communications, and alliance programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen regarding budget management and marketing ROI.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
