About the role
The Product Analytics team within the Business Operations and Analytics division is looking for an analyst to drive growth for the Azar platform. You will work within a product squad alongside PMs, designers, and engineers to influence product direction using global user data.

What you'll do
- Define key performance indicators and ensure data insights guide product decisions.
- Design A/B tests and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Analyze user behavior to identify issues, determine root causes for metric changes, and propose actionable solutions.
- Manage event log architecture to ensure accurate measurement of new features.
- Build automated pipelines using Airflow and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Data Studio, or evidence.
- Develop team-wide analytical standards and contribute to the creation of experimentation frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis using SQL.
- Proven track record of managing the full A/B testing lifecycle from design to insight generation.
- Experience building and managing dashboards with BI tools like Tableau, Data Studio, or evidence.
- Experience designing logs for user behavior tracking and structuring data.
- Ability to select appropriate analytical methodologies based on specific business contexts.
- Proficiency in distinguishing between correlation and causation to build logical arguments.
- Strong communication skills to present analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience building experimentation frameworks or managing A/B testing platforms.
- Background in product analysis for social or communication services.
- Practical experience with data pipelines and automation tools like Airflow.
- Ability to communicate professionally in English.
