About the role

Join the Meetic team at Match Group to assist in scaling paid user acquisition for a wide range of global dating applications. You will collaborate with creative and media teams to refine campaign strategies, monitor performance, and explore new growth channels in a data-focused environment.

What you'll do

• Support the expansion of online acquisition efforts across various dating platforms and international markets.
• Analyze ad performance and provide actionable creative feedback.
• Identify and onboard new media partners to increase campaign reach.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program.
• Availability for a 3-weeks-in-company / 1-week-at-school schedule is preferred, though other formats are considered.
• Practical experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliation marketing.
• Familiarity with AI or LLM tools.

Practical notes

• Interview process: 30-minute Zoom call with Talent Acquisition, followed by a 60-minute onsite meeting with the Team Lead including a case study, and a final 60-minute interview with the Senior Online Marketing Manager and People Business Partner.
