About the role
This role supports the enrollment process for MasterClass Executive, a specialized program for senior leaders focused on AI. You will guide prospective students from initial inquiry through to enrollment, acting as a knowledgeable and supportive point of contact.

What you'll do
Conduct a high volume of phone conversations with program applicants and admitted candidates to answer questions about the curriculum, schedule, and overall experience.
Assist individuals in assessing the program's value by discussing outcomes, costs, and payment options, and by comparing it to alternative educational paths.
Facilitate the enrollment journey for admitted students through consistent phone and email follow-up, addressing any obstacles before program deadlines.
Manage communications related to employer sponsorship, providing necessary information and materials to candidates and responding to inquiries from corporate stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and manage your prospect pipeline effectively to meet contact and response time targets.
Share feedback on common questions, concerns, and sponsorship themes with the admissions and marketing teams to improve program materials and communication strategies.
Provide additional support during peak enrollment periods, such as following up after events or reaching out before deadlines.
Requirements
Possess at least 3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment advising, inside sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role that emphasizes phone communication.
Demonstrate a strong comfort level with extensive phone work, capable of engaging in 20-30 or more meaningful conversations daily, with a focus on active listening and addressing concerns without high-pressure tactics.
Exhibit excellent written communication skills, able to manage a high volume of email correspondence with clear, warm, and personalized responses.
Have a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, including familiarity with current trends and the ability to discuss its impact on business with experienced professionals.
Be comfortable working in an environment with some level of uncertainty and adapting to evolving priorities.
Possess a solid understanding of the executive education, MBA, certificate, and cohort-based program market, including how potential students evaluate these options.
Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, maintaining discipline in CRM usage and pipeline management, and meeting defined performance goals.
Be adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic setting where program details and priorities may change frequently.
Be available to work across U.S. time zones, including some early evening hours.

This is a temporary, full-time position through a staffing partner, with an initial estimated duration of one month, subject to extension based on program needs.
The role is nonexempt and eligible for overtime.
The selected candidate will be employed by a third-party staffing partner and will not be eligible for MasterClass employee benefits; however, legally mandated benefits like sick leave will be provided by the staffing partner.
