About the role
Join our team to manage the daily operations and functional needs of our corporate headquarters in Oakland. You will be the primary point of contact for onsite employee support, vendor management, and event execution to ensure a welcoming environment. This position requires a full-time, onsite presence at our Oakland office.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee food and beverage vendors including Crafty and Cater2me, manage inventory, and track department costs.
- Coordinate logistics for onsite meetings and events, including setup, catering, and internal communications.
- Provide front desk coverage using Envoy and manage virtual reception duties.
- Administer building amenities such as parking, bike storage, EV charging, and gym access.
- Manage restroom maintenance and vendor services to ensure facility standards.
- Handle employee badging, access control, and data accuracy for onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with facilities tasks including space planning, workstation setup, and site maintenance.
- Process shipping and receiving requests via FedEx and UPS, including international packages.
- Support health and safety protocols, including first aid supplies and emergency preparedness.
- Triage and resolve incoming requests through JIRA.
- Manage the accommodations program in alignment with ADA and OSHA standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a facility or workplace coordinator role.
- Proven background in managing amenity programs, corporate events, and vendor relationships.
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and basic AI tools.
- Familiarity with international and domestic shipping procedures.
- Ability to work on-site in Oakland 5 days per week.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to use metrics to drive operational improvements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships across all levels of the company.

Practical notes
Compensation: This role falls under the Premium Plus salary tier, with a base range of $85,600 to $107,000. Eligible employees receive annual bonuses based on individual and company performance. Benefits include multiple health insurance options, flexible time off, a retirement savings plan with company contributions, equity, an Employee Stock Purchase Program, and up to 20 weeks of parental leave.
