Vice President, Product Management at Marketbridge.
About the role
Marketbridge is seeking a product leader to oversee the development of an AI-powered operating system that serves as the foundation for our B2B marketing initiatives. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and shipping, moving beyond traditional requirements gathering to actively prototyping and deploying solutions at high speed. You will work directly with the Chief Innovation Officer to bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and executive-level business strategy.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Define the product vision and roadmap for the company-wide operating system.
- Manage development across the data and analytics layer, agentic operations, and agency service solutions.
- Write product requirements, manage prototyping, and perform end-to-end testing.
- Establish governance guardrails for data security, AI transparency, and vendor interoperability.
- Collaborate across strategy, analytics, and engineering departments to align platform utility with client needs.
- Refine and improve existing development processes to increase delivery speed.
Requirements
- 12 to 15 years or more of experience in product management, data, analytics, digital transformation, or marketing technology.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of using AI to accelerate the product development lifecycle.
- Experience leading AI initiatives in predictive marketing, business intelligence, or customer analytics.
- Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with executive-level business strategy.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI ecosystems, martech, revops, adtech, AWS, Databricks, and analytics frameworks.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- Experience building complex products within an agency, consultancy, or other service-driven business model.
