What you'll do

• Work alongside a business immigration attorney to prepare high-volume cases for corporate clients.
• Lead the preparation of PERM and H-1B cases from initial intake through final submission.
• Gain exposure to L-1s, E visas, O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW matters as needed.
• Guide clients through the process of collecting necessary documents and evidence.
• Ensure all gathered materials meet USCIS and DOL compliance standards.
• Draft USCIS forms and create clear, compelling case materials for various petition types.
• Act as a primary point of contact for corporate HR partners and foreign national employees.
• Provide updates, manage expectations, and explain processes with clarity.
• Maintain meticulous records and track deadlines for a substantial, simultaneous caseload.
• Anticipate attorney needs to allow them to focus on high-level legal strategy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in US corporate immigration.
• Proven experience with PERM and H-1B cases.
• Ability to manage high-volume corporate workloads.
• Experience working directly with HR stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing paralegal workflows from intake to filing.
• Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• History of direct client communication in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with legal technology, case management systems, and process improvements.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with L-1s, E-1/E-2, EB-1A, O-1, or EB-2 NIW cases.
