About the role

Mangomint is building a new AI tool to automate front-desk operations for beauty and wellness businesses. As the inaugural go-to-market hire for this product, you will manage the entire customer lifecycle from initial positioning to long-term adoption.

What you'll do

• Create and refine the market entry strategy, including target segments, messaging, and user journeys.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle by leading discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and onboarding.
• Monitor product usage to identify friction points and improve activation rates and time-to-value.
• Establish standardized workflows for qualification, support, and feedback collection.
• Translate customer insights and usage data into actionable product requirements for the engineering team.
• Execute experiments focused on conversion, retention, and engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Ability to break down ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable plans.
• High level of personal accountability and a track record of taking initiative.
• Skill in explaining complex concepts clearly and building rapport with business owners.
• Capacity to identify user behavior patterns and evaluate product effectiveness.
• Proficiency in using data to guide decision-making and experiment analysis.
• Strong writing skills to synthesize customer feedback into internal reports.
• Versatility to manage both high-level strategy and daily operational tasks.
• Interest in applying AI to solve real-world business problems.
