AI Enablement Director

About the role

Madhive is looking for an AI Enablement Director to integrate AI into our operational processes. This position focuses on building initial automations and working with team leaders to ensure these new tools are adopted, improving productivity and moving teams away from repetitive tasks. You will identify team needs and develop AI solutions that enhance strategic output.

What you'll do

• Create and deploy AI-powered tools and workflows for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Set clear standards and benchmarks for AI usage, productivity, and overall impact within the organization.
• Lead AI training and adoption programs for employees, collaborating with People and L&D teams.
• Develop a collection of essential internal AI applications and integrations, then transfer them to functional owners for ongoing management.
• Act as a change leader, demonstrating tool usage and securing stakeholder buy-in through measurable improvements.
• Conduct discovery sessions with team leaders to define specific success metrics for each workflow before development.
• Integrate automations with existing systems like Salesforce or Jira, addressing data readiness and permissions to ensure production-ready solutions.
• Drive active adoption of shipped solutions by building trust, reducing friction, and implementing human review queues and audit trails where oversight is needed.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience combining hands-on building with driving tool adoption.
• Ability to prototype workflows and configure agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Documented history of leading the adoption of new work methods across diverse teams with measurable results.
• Collaborative approach, working effectively with functional leaders to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Resilience in ambiguous situations and a precise approach to measurement.
• Focus on improving capabilities and capacity, not reducing headcount.
• Ability to deliver solutions that meet reliability, latency, and observability standards for daily business use.
• High degree of independence in scoping work, sequencing delivery, and resolving blockers.

Practical notes
