This position focuses on creating and maintaining essential documentation for Mactores' technology partnerships. You will translate complex project and architecture information into clear, accurate materials required by partner programs and for client engagement. The role offers a direct path toward customer-facing presales architecture responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Develop and update competency documentation for all Mactores partnerships, including AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Anthropic, and OpenAI, using details provided by delivery teams.
• Generate technical validation reports, architecture visuals, and case studies that meet partner program requirements.
• Gain a thorough understanding of Mactores case studies to effectively present project challenges, architectural solutions, and achieved outcomes to various audiences.
• Employ AI tools to streamline the initial drafting process, ensuring final documents are accurate and ready for review.
• Maintain consistent formatting and quality standards for documentation across all partners and projects.
• Identify and communicate any missing project details necessary for producing audit-ready documentation.
• Manage documentation tasks to meet fixed deadlines aligned with partner program cycles.

Requirements

• Possess 2-3 years of experience in technical documentation, solutions architecture, or a similar role involving AWS or modern data/AI platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Anthropic, or OpenAI.
• Demonstrate a working understanding of cloud architecture principles to accurately interpret and document designs across various platforms.
• Exhibit strong technical writing abilities, capable of transforming raw project information into polished documents suitable for external review.
• Be comfortable verbally explaining technical case studies, as this role is designed to progress into customer-facing presales work.
• Be familiar with diagramming software like draw.io or Lucidchart for creating architecture visuals.
• Be proficient in using AI tools within a documentation workflow, with a commitment to verifying all generated content.
• Possess a detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
