About the role
This position serves as the primary architect for our global talent acquisition data strategy. You will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and executive decision-making to optimize our hiring operations.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and manage the data architecture connecting our ATS, HRIS, and clinical recruiting systems.
- Create and maintain automated dashboards and data pipelines to serve as the central source for global hiring metrics.
- Define governance standards for reporting, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance including EEOC and GDPR.
- Build models for recruiter capacity and workload to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Develop predictive hiring models to forecast time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and funnel conversion.
- Collaborate with Finance and Workforce Planning to integrate hiring plans, attrition forecasts, and headcount budgets.
- Prepare and present executive-level narratives and insights for quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Identify hiring funnel inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions to leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, workforce planning, or data analytics.
- 3+ years of specific experience in HR or Talent Acquisition analytics within an enterprise environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL or Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to build complex headcount forecasting and capacity models.
- Strong communication skills with a history of presenting technical data to executive stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of ATS data structures and talent CRM platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience building enterprise-grade data models using Power BI, Tableau, or Visier.
- Direct experience working with Ashby or Lever.
- Experience with other enterprise systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Gem.
