About the role

Lyra Health is seeking clinical partners to join our network to provide mental health support for corporate employees. You will deliver solution-focused therapy across multiple modalities while adhering to strict documentation and clinical quality standards.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Provide counseling through in-person, virtual, and telephonic sessions.
• Apply evidence-based interventions tailored to workplace wellness and short-term care.
• Complete all clinical documentation within a mandatory 24-hour window.
• Verify all client interactions through the official Lyra notification system before beginning treatment.
• Manage high-risk cases and crises according to established Service Level Agreements.
• Maintain financial integrity by adhering to the direct-transaction prohibition policy.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• Valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.
• Minimum of two years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Access to a dedicated physical office or clinic space in the city of application.
• Proven expertise in stress management, burnout, relationship issues, and grief counseling.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as an EAP service provider.
• Background in family or play therapy.
